The park
We went to the park today and had a picnic. Teä loves the swings as you can see. We had a great time.
I had to add this one to see if anybody else could see the problem with this slide???? It was a great plastic slide and then metal lining on the inside....HELLO. It was a cloudy day and it was burning hot, I can't imagine how hot it gets when it's 100 and sunny. There were three slides and they all had metal covering right where the kid sits. Stupid!

Yeah, I don't get the slide thing. We've been to a few parks like that and you'd think they would be smarter than that.

Sounds like fun- minus burning slide. I like the change of blog. Um.... how do you do that? Are you working? If so where? and do you like it?
PS Sara did not have her baby today. The hospital was booked. I thought that sounded funny. I'm sure she doesn't think it is very funny.
CUTE, dang we miss her...oh and you guys too. I remember going to a park with a metal slide and a kid wearing shorts went down it, you would not believe the huge blisters on the back of the legs by the time I think it was a girl, got to the bottom. It was one of THE saddest things I've ever seen. When you were kids most all slides were metal. How was NY and the fireworks?
