Month in review

I like the idea of doing a calendar for each month as a little recap. I've done some before and shared them but here is this month's review.

As you can see closing on our house was not included because I'm not very hopeful it's going to happen. The details are complicated and the reason is long so I won't go into it, but as of right now, I lost all faith in NY and their stupid laws and rules when it comes to buying a house. Yes, I blame the State as a whole. Utah was one stop shopping and NY makes sure that everyone gets there hands stirring the pot. SOOOOO, I'll stop boring you and share all my creations because right now it's the only thing calming my nerves...well that and bow making. So if you need a bow or headband, let me know, I've made a billion. And who knows I may do a deal if you buy 4 you get one free!

The calendar and some of the frames and elements can be found here and the paper and some other elements can be found here.

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm glad you're at least finding something productive to do with the frustration. I hope something positive works out for you home-wise in the next little while!

So sorry to hear about your house worries! That can be SO stressful! I can totally relate, but I really think it all works for the best in the end. I love the super-cute calendar page. I make little calendars for all of my girls where I write down all the cute little things that they say that month and all the fun things that they do, along my favorite pictures of them. Then when I finally get around to scrapbooking, it helps me remember the little details... You are so talented - I love all of your pages! It's so fun to see what you do!

I'm so sorry about the house and all the problems you are having. I hope everything will work for you. If not maybe you could just come back:) I love the calendar pages though!!! Have you thought about doing little clippies with ribbon on them? Halle's hair is long enough for the little ones, but not long enough to just stick the bows in yet. If you decide to do them I'll get some.

House situations are never easy, there are always tons of complications - except with the condos it all did seem pretty easy!

Your pictures from Palmyra are so cute & I love the calendar idea. I am always looking for good ways to recap my month, I will have to check it out!

When we bought our first house I asked my friend if she had any advice. She said, "Don't buy in New York." Not helpful but true. It's a massive pain in the neck. And when you get all the paper work & red tape done, all the hoops jumped (most with fire) and you've deposited the arm & the leg, you start paying new york taxes. So go right ahead and blame the state for your house woes!
