Our 4th

We had a very low key 4th. Last year was a ton of fun but very hectic because we were in New York City. So this year we stayed home, enjoyed a breakfast with our Ward and dinner with good friends. We didn't even catch any fireworks...told ya, low key. This is a picture of Tea and Ainsley (her BFF) hanging out and waving to those taking off on the hot air balloon. They had a lot of fun together.

I learned how to make pictures look "hand painted" and am willing to share the secret, just ask. I think it's a pretty cool effect. The ones in my header are the same technique. And the kit comes from Heather Ann (my favorite :))
