Homeowners....

...That's right, we are now proud homeowners. We bought a house, well we haven't really bought it yet, in fact it's pending until inspected and we won't sign until April, but other than those little details, our offer was approved and we are moving. This is the first time I've lived in an apartment and it really hasn't been bad, but I am excited to move into a house (well it's a townhouse but whatever) that has a garage and backyard. Here are some pictures of it, and when we have the inspection I will take more. I won't be taking any of the kitchen however because I don't like it but it's ok, because slowly we will be replacing everything. Oh and a bonus to this house is directly across from us is a playground and Tea's babysitter, who are also our friends, are just up the street and we are in the same Ward and I will be one whole exit closer to work. We also have three rooms so visitors will be much more comfortable when visiting.
