hot air balloon
We went to our Ward's 4th of July breakfast and one of the men in our Ward owns a hot air balloon. He was kind (and daring) enough to take people up in it. Granted it was tethered and didn't go very high, but it was a hit. I was wearing a skirt so I didn't want to hop over the edge to go on and Greg was helping control it so Tea's best friend Ainsley's Grandma took her up. As you can see she was scared but only because of the fire. Other than that, she did great. My baby has been on one before me.

Wow what a lucky and brave little girl! That is awesome. Mom is gonna be jealous!
Wow, what a brave girl. I won't set foot in one of those things. Seth almost "surprised" me with a hot air balloon ride for our anniversary and then one day he heard me saying, "You couldn't pay me enough to get in one of those things." Yeah, that ruined it for him.
She's got more guts than I do. Cute photos and I can't believe how big she's getting!
Thank you so much for changing the design of my blog I love it, it is so cute. You are so good at it. Thanks!
That is so cool!! I don't think many 2-year-olds get to go in hot air balloons. I don't think I'd be daring enough to go--I'm not afraid of heights but I'm afraid of falling--maybe that's the same thing?
HOW FUN!!!! I don't think I could do it. Just goes to show that fear is a learned response.
